It can be changes and transitions in our lives that are difficult to cope with. It can be situations that have triggered responses that we don’t know how to handle. Whatever the stress, we know that something needs to change.

Through therapy, stresses can be identified and ways of addressing them can be learned. A variety of techniques and interventions are used to strengthen the effectiveness of sessions. These techniques are not an end in themselves, but are a means to work toward a healthier life.
